Not so long ago, the Maumee firestation sat on William Street. Then, in 2008, the city of Maumee decided to demolish it. And during that year, they gave notice to the public that they would be selling 5 lots on William Street by sealed bid. We were blessed to aquire a double lot from that sale in 2008. In March of 2011 we finally sold Jim's duplex. And through a series of ups and downs, started building our house in Sept. of 2011. We thank God for all His blessings.
